Game of Thrones - Dunno If Spoilers but is a Rant (miscarriage mention)
Just saw someone on twitter sharing a video with one of the actors from GoT saying that her character was supposed to have a miscarriage and another was supposed to be pregnant and the responses are all people saying that "we were robbed of this great plot" but I dunno, maybe the writers made the right choice NOT making their women characters go through pregnancy or pregnancy loss for drama??
Well I'm definitely interested now! https://store.steampowered.com/app/703080/Planet_Zoo/
Just noticed on another instance I'm on that the mysterious "light theme changes" mentioned in the changelog for 2.9.0 have been applied there, and gotta say I don't like them much - almost all the grey has become white which means there's no clear heading sections and it's just clearly done by someone who doesn't actually use it (side eye at gargron, dark theme obsessive)
re last boost, that reminds me of that tumblr post when someone sang a meme version of Mr Sandman, ah found it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=70M90PGJ_ms
Helix Piercing Update - Gross
So after nearly 7 months I've taken the helix piercing out today after Sky noticed the back ball had totally sunken into a huge keloid and the front didn't look much better. It's been sore and constantly crusted up for a month or two now, so we've cleaned it up and put on some antiseptic healing cream and I'm gonna let it fully heal before seeing how I feel about more piercings.
I'm kinda looking forward to laying on both side whenever I want again tbh
Something just reminded me that at the cinema yesterday I ordered a mocha, and the person serving corrected my pronunciation, this has also happened to me more than once with halloumi - the waiters repeat it back presumably correctly pronounced, so they clearly understood but decided to say it back to, what? Make me feel awkward that things I've seen written rather than heard are hard for me to pronounce?
subtoot-y, about the definition of bi (1/3?)
Please define #bi as either "attraction to more than one gender" or as "attraction to two or more genders". Or something similar to that.
Don't use the "same gender and other genders" definition, unless you are talking about why you personally id as bi, not about what defines being bi.
A silly instance of Mastodon for queer folk and non-queer folk alike. Let's be friends!
