Today I still feel like a pain-encrusted wreck but it’s not as bad as yesterday. Tomorrow I have a followup appointment to get imaging done on my hands to see if there’s anything structurally the matter as well as an appointment with the sleep clinic to see if there’s anything that can be done about my apnea which I suspect is also a major contributing factor. Things are finally looking up.

It’s a bit messed up that it was easier to get GRS than it was to get basic quality-of-life healthcare.
