UK disabled folks employing PAs, I've had PAs for years and still feel totally lost and like I don't know how to be helped/supported, practically or emotionally.
Does anyone know of any good resources with tips or just first hand accounts about how to have PAs?
I kind of want training, you know? Like, PAs can have training to learn how to be PAs, but there's nothing there for me. I want training in how to treat my PAs, boundaries, how to choose a good PA, how to handle conflicts, etc.
