Right about when Justin made a sarcastic quip about declaring "climbing on things like a squirrel the mechanic of the year," I asked them if I could take a picture to prove this was all real and they posed.
Typically in dreams there's stuff that doesn't work right. Written text is nonsense. Time flows when it wants to. So I recognized that this was a dream because my cellphone camera just showed a mess of colors.
But then it focused.

And that's when Chris Grant, Polygon's editor, came in and told the boys, "we need to go now." I chased after them into my living room and reached out to grab his arm and wake up, but I didn't...
I touched his arm. I felt his arm.
"Wait, I'm supposed to wake up!"
"Uh, yeah, this one's a little bit different..."
Time slowed. Light twisted and shined as if going through a million prisms. My home was aglow with infinite rainbows.
And then I woke up.
